History of Eastside

Eastside Christian Academy is located on the campus of New Life Church at 3402 Goose Creek Road in Louisville, KY. ECA was founded in 1996 and opened with 14 students in grades K-4. We have grown to over ninety students in grades K-8. We believe our Mission Statement represents a vision for excellence in education. As an interdenominational Christian educational institution, we welcome students from all Christian faiths, races, and economic backgrounds. We believe schools function best when parents, teachers, administrators, and community leaders join together to invest in the lives of the students.

ECA is governed by a seven member Board of Directors, appointed by New Life Church. The primary duties of the Board are: policy development, budgeting, advertising, funding, and general oversight of the total school program.
