Tuition and Fees
Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of $50 per student must be paid when applying. This money will be applied towards the registration fee if the student is accepted to Eastside Christian Academy.
Registration Fee: A non-refundable $250 registration fee is required for each student. For returning students, registration fee is $200 if paid on or before January 30, 2010. After January 30, 2010, registration will be $250 for returning students.

Tuition Payment Options
- Full payment upfront (made by Aug. 14th) is discounted 2.5%.
- Monthly tuition payments made via electronic bank transfer to FACTS Tuition Management. These payments can be made on a 12-month or 10-month plan. To receive the 12-month plan, you must sign-up by the end of May.
Discounts
- There is a multiple-child discount of 10% for any additional child after the first child. The oldest child will be full tuition and succeeding children will receive a 10% discount.
- There is a 25% tuition discount for the children of full-time pastoral staff and missionary families (other than New Life Church staff).
- Full time New Life Church staff and Eastside Christian Academy staff receive a 50% tuition discount.
- Active members of New Life Church will receive a 10% discount on their tuition. Membership must be verified by New Life Church pastoral staff.
Book Fee
The book fee covers the cost of all textbooks and workbooks for your child. This fee is non-refundable, and allows you to keep your textbooks and any unused workbook pages. The school reserves the right to keep any unused tests or quizzes to protect the confidentiality of these materials.
The fees are as follows:
Kindergarten: $125; Grades 1-5 $250; Grades 6-8 $275.
Delinquent Tuition Policy
Any default of a scheduled payment through the FACTS program must be paid prior to the next scheduled payment or the student will not be allowed to attend class at Eastside Christian Academy until all fees are current. Any absences accrued as a result of this will be unexcused. If delinquent payments continue, the Eastside Christian Academy Board of Directors reserves the right to dismiss the student permanently.
Additional Fees and Costs
- Special Area Fee: - There is a $10 fee per student.
- Uniform - Students are expected to adhere to the ECA uniform policy which is explained in the ECA Parent/Student Handbook. Uniforms are the responsibility of the family, and may be purchased at a variety of local clothing stores, including Parker Uniforms and Shaheens.
- Field trips - To enhance learning, each class participates in a variety of field trips. Students are expected to participate on these learning experiences. Parents are expected to incur the cost of the trip, which vary depending on the destination.
- Miscellaneous Expenses - During the course of the year, there may be other expenses that are involved if students participate in other activities, such as sports fees, extracurricular activities, or contests. Most of these expenses are optional (only for those participating), and we try to keep these to a minimum.
